| Is a good extra virgin
olive oil green? No - not necessarily, the colour can be due to the region of olive production, e.g. Greek extra virgin olive oil tends to be very green, but the colour can also be artificially added. The natural colour of Italian Extra Virgin Olive oil should be a gold/green. |
